| Industrial Sewing |

| We have machines to cover almost any industrial sewing application. We have single needle, double needle, serging, programmable, bartack, buttonhole and cylinder machines which allow us to meet our customers sewing demands. We currently sew grass bags for both the residential & commercial market, medical transport slings, bed sheets for RV’s & Truck sleepers, leather products, and other specialty items. |

| Metal Fabrication |
|
| Our metal fabrication shop is capable of producing almost any part from plasma cutting to powdercoating. The parts we typically produce are for grass collection systems. |

| Heat Sealing |
|
| Our heat sealing equipment ranges from common bag sealers to customized electronic heat sealers. Our heat sealers currently produce sealed common plastics, specialty plastics and specialty fabric laminates. |

| Pad Printing |
|
| Our pad printer is capable of printing a one color 2D image onto a 3D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate via a silicone pad onto a substrate. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise impossible products in many industries including medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, electronics, appliances, sports equipment and toys. |

| Screen Printing |

| Our screen printer is capable of printing logos up to 6-colors. We use our screen printer to print private label logos on bags, grass catcher airdomes and other items. |

| Assembly |
|
| We assemble a variety of products from commercial grass collection systems to equine products. |

| Die Cutting |
|
| We have two die cutting machines which we use to punch out specific patterns in fabric, plastic and other materials. The die cutters work great for creating a consistent product, while also being able to do large quantities efficiently. |

| Riveting |
|
| We have both automatic & manual riveting machines to service our customers needs. Rivets provide high strength as well as a light weight way to hold two materials together. |

| Grommeting |
|
| We have automatic & manual grommeting machines to service our customers. The grommets are used to reinforce holes in our fabric products. |
