Over the years Humboldt Specialty has faced the need to print logos, specifications, product numbers and related images on a variety of unusual substrates.

As a result we have invested in equipment and developed somewhat of a specialty in the ability to produce images of unusually large or small size and on difficult to print substrates and surfaces.

Humboldt Specialty has a full service screen printing facility equipped to do both large and small image screen printing. Our equipment is capable of printing sharp images and logos of up to 4-colors on unusually heavy fabrics or materials. We use a variety of specialty ink bases and an industrial 2 stage modular drying system to produce images that are exceptionally durable and weather resistant.

Our small image pad printer is capable of printing a one color 2D image onto a 3D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate via a 3D silicone pad onto the substrate. Pad printing is used for printing on otherwise impossible products in many industries including medical, automotive, electronics, sports equipment and toys.
